What to write about

• A figure that looks wrong, with the note title and what you measured.
• A request to test a specific keyboard, mouse, monitor or headset.
• A question about how one of the tests is set up.
• Correction of a factual error in a note.

What we cannot help with

We do not sell hardware and we do not handle orders. For delivery, refunds, warranty claims or a broken unit, contact the store or the manufacturer that sold it to you. Their warranty desk can do far more than we can.

Sending hardware

If you would like a unit measured, write first with the model and the firmware version. We will confirm whether it fits the current test queue before anything is shipped.
